Functional Requirement
The following changes need to be made for the SA300 report:
On 05/30/2013 via IM from Ashwin
1. Need to include Region > Sales Org Name > License.
2. Report should fetch values for Current year and Previous year.
3. Include Open Value and Total Revenue in the Crosstab.
4. Include Period Range parameter in Crystal report.
5. Include License Parameter in Crystal Report.

1. On first page there should be All, EMEA, Emerging and North America Values only.
2. When we Drill-Down the Region, it should show only respective Sales Org values.
3. When we Drill-Down the Sales Org, it should show only respective License values.
4. We need a total Column at the end of Crosstab.

1. In Crosstab Year should be in Ascending order.
2. Grouping should be Region > Linece > Sales Org.
3. Values should be fetched according to Period range parameter values like if we give 2-Feb to 10-Oct, it should fetch Feb 2012 to Oct 2013.
4. Title should be changed accordingly.
5. Region in the group tree should be sorted in descending order of Actual Revenue, so it should be North America, Emerging and then EMEA same should be with sales orgs.

1. NEC needs Sales Org parameter in the Crystal report to select the Sales Orgs data.
2. NEC wants to Change Open value Crosstab field heading to Open Revenue.

1. NEC needs show Open Royalty, Shipped Royalty and Total Royalty in to Crosstab.
2. Invert the signs for Open Royalty in the report
3. Wants to change Actual Revenue field name to be Shipped Revenue.
4. Wants to show Shipped Royalty, Open Royalty then Total Royalty.
Solution Summary
1. Need to add the New Grouping order in Designer, restrict year, include required fields in the Crosstab and create two parameters in the Crystal Report.
2. Need to change the report style to show only summary values for All, EMEA, Emerging Markets and North America regions.
3. Need to set Crosstab properties to Ascending sort order for Year field.
4. Need to apply restriction in Crystal filter to fetch the values according to the values which is input in the Period Parameter.
5. Title need to be changed based on the Grouping order.
6. Need to apply Group tree fields sorting based on the Current Year Actual Revenue.
7. Need to create extra parameters and apply parameter restriction for user to enter Period range values either from Minimum to Maximum or from Maximum to Minimum values.
8. Need to create LOV prompt to fetch Year values.
9. Need to Create Sales org parameter in the designer.
10. Need to change the field value in Crosstab field heading.
11. Need to include the Royalty fields into Bex query as well in Crystal Crosstab.

Solution Details
Requirement on 05/30/2013 via IM :
1. We need to add grouping level as Region > Sales Org Name > License in the designer.
2. At BEx query end we need to restrict year values to Current Year and Previous Year only.
3. Include Open value and Total Revenue in the Crosstab and format the report and display total values at the end.
4. Create Period Range parameter and apply restriction based on Period Parameter in the Report.
5. Create License parameter and apply restriction based on License Parameter in the Report.
Requirement on 06/04/2013 via IM :
1. We need to Crete Three Grouping levels for Drill-Down purpose.
2. We need to hide the respective Grouping level to display only Summary, EMEA, Emerging Markets and North America summary values in the first page, Upon Drill-Down it should display the respective Sales Orgs Summary values and respective License Summary values in the Crosstab Crystal Report.
3. We need to apply hide conditions to hide the Previous Group details when we are in Drill-Down.
4. We need to apply appropriate Color values for Group Drill-Down tiltles.
5. We need to check the summary property in Cross-Tab Property to show the Total values at the end of Crosstab report.
Requirement on 06/08/2013 via Phone :
1. We need to apply Ascending in Crosstab expert to show the Year values in Crosstab Year column.
2. We need to add Grouping levels as Region > License > SalesOrg using Group Expert.
3. Need to fetch the values according to the NEC requirement, we need to apply the filters in the Crystal Restriction level.
4. We need to change the Title based on the Grouping levels, for that we need to include the Title text in the summary Info.
5. We need to apply sorting based on Current Year Actual revenue to show the Group names order in Group Tree based on Actual revenue.
Requirement on 06/10/2013 via IM :
1. Using Range parameter NEC requirement is not acheivable, so as per their suggestion we have created two parameters to prompt for Previous year Start Range and Current Year End range.
2. Using both Prompts we need to write new formula in Crystal Reports restrictions, so that it will fetch values based on the Prompt values.

1. We need to create Four Prompts to achieve NEC requirement.
2. We need to create Two Parameters for Prompt Period values and Two Parameters for Year values.
3. For Year prompts, we need to include respective filed and LOV into the Year Parameter.
3. We need to change the restriction condition based on the newly created Parameters.
